At Colorved, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order is shipped or marked as dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products, including lingerie and innerwear.
All sales are final once the product is dispatched.
Exceptions
We will only replace products in the rare case that:
